The FOOD&WINE Awards in association with Rémy Martin continue to set the industry standard being the most authoritative and prestigious awards in the culinary field. Celebrating its 19th year, the awards this year are turning the focus back on where it all began – The Shelbourne, Dublin. An iconic landmark in Dublin, the five-star hotel celebrates 195 years this year and has recently undergone major refurbishments to its public spaces and to The Great Room.

Executive Head Chef Garry Hughes and his team are preparing a spectacular meal for attendees this year, raising the bar to make it a gala occasion for all.
